1. Open PayPal.com/Is/webapp/mpp/merchant or you copy and paste on another tab

2. Click on sign up and select business account and select Lesotho as your country

3. You will be asked to provide your email address in the new page shown to you. It is better to create a new Gmail or custom email for this purpose. DO NOT USE YAHOO MAIL!

4. In the new page, enter all your correct personal details and business details. The personal one is more important. Make sure you use the name used on your document in Nigeria here. You can use any business name you choose.. .. Registered or not.

7. Now, you will be taken to a new page where you will be asked what type of business. Just select “individual”. Choose your category and sub category. Where it says “URL”, leave it blank.

8. You will now be taken to a new page where you verify with your document. Select Nigeria as your nationality.

9. Select the document you want to use in verification and fill the corresponding details. Make sure they are all correct.

10. Next thing to do is submit By clicking the “submit” button.

11. A new page asking you to verify your email account will be displayed.

12. Open your email and you will see a message from PayPal, open that message and click on verify.

13. You will land in your PayPal account. Ignore everything else that you see and click on “profile” at the top right hand side of your account.

14. A drop down will be displayed, asking you to confirm email address a link your debit or credit card.

15. First, select the “confirm email address” button and click on “unconfirmed”.

16. Then you will be asked to click on confirm email address. When you do that, you will receive an email which you are required to click.

17. After that, you will be redirected to page where you need to enter your password and login to your PayPal account to make the verification successful.

18. Click on profile again and link your debit or credit card.

19. Enter your correct card details. Once you link it, your account will be debited with about $1.7 within a day. A code will also be sent to you which you will use in verification.

20. Go back to your page and supply the code there. Once its verified, you can start receiving and sending money.
